apparantely you're one tough son of bitch if you squat which makes me wonder how it ranks on a scale of toughness?
is it up there with say completing navy seals hell week? or is more like "well i squat at the gym so obvisously there's no point in doing hell week, that's like finishing a set with leg extensions"
