I've always found when I sodium load that the results are not consistent, and can have large conditioning variances while doing the exact same protocol.
I avoid it now, and just alter the carbs a bit when I'm dialing it in for a show.

That’s very basic info
It missing an awful lot of other vital information to achieve a dry tight full contest look.
Get the carb loading sodium loading & the other elements right & it will dramatically
Transform how you look.

3.5gal is quite a bit of water,& with no carbs not much of that water is gonna be held in muscle. Hard to give a "cookie-cutter" amt cuz every body is different.

ya man, i didnt quite get that table
i am playing games with my diet as much as i can right to sort shit out.
so far.... for me (mesomorph tall ) ultra conditioned goal - mens classic bb
winner : keto/salted foods/high fat protein and then every 5-6 days carb cycle. cut out fat/low protein and then dump in 300-400 grams of carbs a day. that is the best protocol for cutting for me
i add salt to most of my meal since i am on keto -
just getting drier
conclusion - white fish is the best if you want to be cut like ribbons. hands down
