In this instance, I think its apparent that MF pleaded guilty because Mueller withheld evidence which contradicts the notion that he "lied" to the FBI. There needs to be a factual basis for the entry of a guilty plea. The defendant is required to allocute to completion of the offense in open court. If the plea was obtained under false pretenses, it is invalid. Let's see what happens...

In other words, the judged declared that he, not Mueller, would be deciding what evidence needs to be turned over to Flynn’s legal team.

I was pretty hard on him when he first entered his plea, but seeing how corrupt this entire process has been has changed my mind. I hope he does withdraw his plea.
