Wouldn't have thought anyone from the UK would give a fuck or know if he was doing a tour, well, theyt do now,

NABBA is giving him more publicity than he had before

On another note...NABBA competitors and their shows have always been to me....at a way higher quality of competition than what we have here in the NPC. All one has to do is google image or youtube the lineups at just about any NABBA show to see what I am talking about.

I guess he can try to make inroads at gyms in UK or other countries where they speak mainly speak English. But I don’t see him going against local organizations in nations where he has no grasp of the language. He’s probably promoting the new overseas Pro contest circuit where he will be the effervescent MC. Or is this an old school training and supplements seminar?

Post by: stuntmovie on February 20, 2018, 09:19:41 AM: It just might be that the term "slugs" which Bob used to call Lee's NABBA competitors was the straw that broke the NABBA camel's back .... but you can expect a hell of a lot more animosity throughout Europe simply due to the NPC's plan to go world-wide and thereby become the world's largest bodybuilding organization (along with the IFBB under the capable guidance of Jim Manion and a handful of others).

This NPC/IFBB worldwide growth will definitely infringe upon the two other large international bodybuilding sanctioning bodies and the "verbal fists" will start flying and gain world wide attention thanks to the internet and bodybuilding sites such as GetBig.com.

My "bet" is on Manion for the win.

Uh, a few months ago I believe YouTube vids were posted of an event. And aside from very few competitors, they were rather unimpressive compared to the NPC.

Chick is drumming up interest in two shows scheduled in London and one in Ireland most likely. The world is awfully large so time will tell continent by continent. This all may depend on how dissatisfied competitors and promoters are in the various regions. For example, looks like not much attempt to go into Germany or France and not a lot in South America. But overall it looks like a pretty impressive rollout in Year 1.
