Serious question, is the Jew thing a New York thing? I'm in my 50's and never had a situation where Jewish ever came up. I haven't noticed that many characters are Jewish. I recall Neil Diamond in The Jazz Singer and Barbara Streisand in The Yentyl but other than that.. not really been on the radar. I've only been to New York on vacation and spent most of my time in Texas or traveling in the military. School me on this Jew thing

And they want the Jewish face to be the internationally recognized and loved and trusted face. They don't want goyim to be portrayed as good and admirable, unless they are promoting hatred against whites, in which case they are accepted. A good example of this sort of goyim is Brad Pitt, who regularly makes movies about killing and degrading white people.
Also, as a goyim, you can't make it in Hollywood UNLESS you bring Jews into your project.

True, I had only just turned the movie on.
But the STAR of the movie is black. He also directed it. The leading lady was a fair skinned blue eyed blonde (which the black male audience would have loved). It had British actor Roddy McDowell playing an Italian mafia figure. Stuart Whitman as a mafia figure. And lots of evil racist white characters of course. The black hero does get mugged by two other blacks at the start of the film.
Plus it had a "guest appearance" by the Jew star of the era Elliott Gould. This dude was big in the 70's.
Anyway, all that Jew Hollywood makes is mindless garbage or propaganda, and I watch it with that in mind for some stupid fun.
