From everyone I’ve seen do this yes the lower belly,lower pec and chin get it back first.

Always worked that way for me. Last to come off, first to come back. Least active parts slowest to lean out also.

mid 40s you need to start really watching what you eat small meals more protein lots of fruit veggies carbs twice a day no more.

Once you have created fat cells in an area they are there for life, you can diet it off but the cells that store the fat lie dormant waiting to store excess cals
My lower abs and love handle low back are are the last to come off, thats where I stored the most fat after I stopped training in 96

I've always wondered this too. An example would be if you had a gut but didn't carry a lot of fat everywhere else, then got really lean. If you gained a bunch of fat again, would you have a big gut again?

women store fat in some places and men in others.
how is it you havent noticed this? are you really thinking that if you diet and then gain weight you will not store it on your belly but rather on your thighs like a woman?

yes, because your fat cells created always stay there even though they dont hold any fat, once they are there only lipo can get rid of them

Dudes store fat in lower abs/lower back, chicks store fat ass/legs. Yes lipo is a great option, and if you're a chick you can just lipo from your abs and inject that fat into ass and now you have the perfect waist to ass ratio.

I must have high estrogen most of my fat is in my legs, butt. I have veins popping out of my arms, shoulders, chest but am smooth in hamstrings, glutes, calves.
My bro is fat joe overweight and he has veins in his calves. All his fat is in his gut, and lower back.
