by far this bike by stair master kicks my butt. I can only do so far 11 minutes on it. come off it in a full sweat. its a killer.

It is absolutely brutal.
Bought one three weeks ago (airdyne).
Sprints on it are ridiculous.
Tabata is worse.

most people are stupid, don't forget that...cycling can make u puke, running can make u puke, burps can make u puke...everything done with max intense effort will probably mak eu pass out if your not used to it...

some are harder because of how they involve your whole body the angles etc.
like a sled push.

I would normally agree directionally, then I bought an airdyne and doing max effort on it was unlike anything I've ever done. I think it's because it's an upper and lower body smash.
To put in perspective - I did a routine where I did 200 step ups on a box with a weighted ruck, followed by 1/2 mile run....repeat 5x in as short at time as possible - so 1000 step ups and 2.5 miles run. It was a chore, and a mind fuck, but I was fine.
Next day I did a 30 sec airdyne sprint for the first time and felt like I had never exercised before.

Revolving stair master I do 20-25 minutes 3 days a week level ten. By 8-10 minute mark I'm dripping sweat everywhere. Took me a few months to get up too 20 minutes.
