He is being interviewed by this toronto station and they cut out the part where the interviewer tried to pin shit on trump at the beginning and put words in his mouth. the dad corrected him. I know this as I watched it live and he owned the news netwrok and they edited out the parts where they asked trump questions that were tailor made to sway the narractive

You don't need an 's after the word guy in the subject field, because you already use the word is. It's not grammatically correct and it's redundant.

Plural doesn't imply possession, yet this mistake is made all of the time nowadays. Maybe an artifact of the smartphone age.
