I used to be able to hold my weight with about 3800 calories a day and same condition, and now I am having to eat 4500 calories to hold my weight (which is only about 5lbs-6 lbs more than when I had to eat 3800 calories a day to maintain it) and it's still slowly dropping (about 1-2 lbs a month) and it's been like this for several months. I don't really understand what's causing this. My activity levels haven't changed and I have the same approximate gym routine. It just seemed like I was gaining on this diet and then all of a sudden for several months, my weight has just been dropping steadily
