The LA riots lasted just several days because the National Guard, Army, and Marines came in. The 2005 riots in Paris lasted more than two weeks, resulting in almost 10,000 car burnings, among countless other acts of vandalism.
What you described - or anything approaching it - is beyond the capability of Western Europe. They have the tools, technology, and manpower but lack the spine. I hope they change, but I'm not optimistic.

I already have the solution for that and have mentioned it in previous posts. I will address it in detail here. My concept calls for bringing back the gladiatorial games of ancient Rome, with corrupt politicians and negatively influential public figures to be selected for monthly or even weekly sport to be broadcast worldwide in exchange for a nominal subscription fee. The UFC and pro boxing makes hundreds of millions already, just think of the revenue you could bring in on a worldwide scale event every month. Naturally, this wouldn't be used to profit, but to allow the lowering of taxes in western nations and to repair the crumbling infrastructure, among other things. Basically, the aim would be to purge undesirables, and enrich the lives of those who wish to participate in society and contribute in a meaningful and tangible manner. Like a surgeon removing dead flesh from an infected wound, applying disinfectant and stitching and bandaging the wound appropriately, this would contribute to the healing of western society, as well as ensuring that we are mentally ready to protect ourselves from threats with violence, rather than appeasement and being nice to everyone which is of course a huge mistake, and ultimately responsible for what is happening today.
Every nation would have a national coliseum designated for the games which would be hosted in a rotating manner. These facilities are already built, so a low investment would be needed to implement this. Football and baseball can wait for weekdays.The national games would be reserved for widely known figures only. There would be regional and local levels of games too, with regional and local councils selecting contestants. They would be paired off and fight to the death with various implements, mostly unconventional. Firearms would not be utilized, melee weapons only. The winners would be forced into exile on Victor Island, which would basically be a prison island with extremely heavy security and callous guards with strict orders to enforce compliance. There they would live out the rest of their days in peace, away from the rest of us. This would provide motivation (hopefully) for them to put on a good show. Twice per year battles from history would be reenacted on a grand scale with past winners being able to come out of retirement to participate, and earn additional perks on Victor Island.
The contestants would be selected by a special committee of ex military minds, the kind who are capable of 100% rational and logical decisions for the betterment of our collective self. These men would be separate from any form of government, and would be recompensed commensurately for their services.

Its rare to have issues with foreigners where I live actually. Closer to the city there are issues though but I live out in the country.

And yes, the threat of force or use thereof is the only thing these animals understand and respect. Cops breaking up riots doesn't work, because it never escalates further and they have nothing to lose really. Fear of death must be struck into their hearts, fear of death and maiming.
