Vince Goodrum, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO and I are about to head to the gym to work arms. This is our arm work out:
Barbell curls
Preacher curls
Hammer curls
One-arm cable curls
Overhand pressdowns
Close grip bench press
Machine dips
One arm overhead extensions
After the arm workout, Vince is cooking me eggs and potatoes.

I love to perform these, surrounded by crossfit fundamentalists. Their annoyed faces always encourage me to add a few extra sets, that's how bad ass I am..

I also never stated how many sets I do for each exercise.

Do as many sets until your arms are bursting from the pump. You will know when to stop when people come and touch your arms and say, "You are a God!". And then you nod your head in silent agreement.
