Title: FBI watchdog WILL probe fake Dossier

Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz will examine claims of FBI misconduct in the early stages of the Russia investigation

FBI will be scrutinized over its use of the notorious 'golden showers dossier'

Also in the scope of the probe is whether agency misled the FISA court which gave a warrant to spy on Carter Page, a Trump campaign operative
