Not unless you also leg press as well. Upper and lower body work outs are appropriate on Easter Sunday.

Dump front raises,they are pointless.Front delta get hit all the time.Completely redundant exercise.

Pick up an appropriate tension in a rubber resistance band and crank out 1 arm side laterals after your regular dumbbell laterals. Attach the lower portion of the resistance band to something low and stable. And let the working arm come behind you at the start of the movement. Then start cranking out the reps. Torch those side delts one arm at a time...back to back sets with no rest. Trust me on this. This will blow up your side delts. Side delts are everything when it comes to shoulders.

Consider more variety. Think functional movement. Interdisciplinary cross-specialization. You need to hit the heavy bag, skip rope, and go ruck. Drop the "accessory work" and pick up the road work.

Take a weighted plate and do arm circles. (1 plate in each hand). 1 set palms facing out, 1 set palms facing in. If you have not done these before you will be weak bitch at them, don't fret.
Spice it up with standard lateral raises right after. :D

swap the seated dumbbell presses for standing db press and alternate with front chins
do the front raises at the end or workout using a plate (I use 25 or 35) all the way up over your head for 15-20 reps and hold for a second (great trap contraction) and alternate with some form of shrugs
I never did plate raises in my life. I read an article by Paul Carter about them being a great trap exercise and started doing them about a year ago (he recommend very high reps with a small plate)

I'd also ditch the cable upright rows. Just seems like a pointless exercise
I used to do hanging cleans to start a shoulder workout before doing presses (sets of 4-6). Haven't thought about that in awhile but may do that again. Doing that before presses always made my traps and shoulders sore the next day(until it stopped working like everything does)
bent over laterals are fine. I swap them out with cable face pulls every few workouts
I actually haven't had a shoulder day in a few years. I do chest/back alternating sets and then do laterals, standing dumbell press and rear delt/traps to finish up. Basically a "torso" day.

Yes, Nautilus Laterals, Seated BB presses in a rack, you can keep the reverse flyes, and Shrugs. Much better Shoulder program than listed.

stand during the barbell or dumbbell shoulder press. When you're seated you lean back turning it into a semi pec press.
