It's some cryptic message from the band 'Twenty One Pilots'. A necropolis is a type of ancient cemetery (there's a famous one in Glasgow, hence the reference). The picture looks kind of like a concert venue, and when you click on the link Vince provided, it gives further clues. The handwriting on the journal says 'West Wall Blocked', and when you take the capitalised letters from the sentence underneath the picture they spell out 'East is up'. It turns out there's already some big Reddit page dedicated to solving this, though. I don't know anything about the band so no further fucks will be given by me.

Someone who's used to constructing indecipherable texts on a daily basis. It was in good faith that I offered Ron a reciprocal arrangement whereby he gets the answer to the puzzle, and I get temporary mod powers enabling me to create a secret room in which my team can work without interruption. Would I have used those mod powers for nefarious activities? Absolutely not. I wouldn't even dream of deleting Matt Canning's account, or removing your access to the 'sex board'. Sure. The exchange presupposes an ordered society in which to take place. If he means hierarchy then I don't see it implied. If I trade you 6 chickens for a pig neither one of us is in charge of the other.
Besides, I enjoy interacting with people when no one is out to get anything but the joy of good company. Commercial dealings are more of an unfortunate necessity and don't much hold my interest. Economic matters arise only after people have come together. I posit that the actual foundation of society is laughter with friends and hot chicks. Maybe Freddie wasn't getting any.

However, what Engels was talking about was part of the 'materialist conception of history'. Every social order implies not just a rigid hierarchical one, but that every society, from nomadic and pastoral societies to contemporary industrialised ones, organises the activities needed for survival on an economic base. Whichever way societies solve these economic issues it would require a 'superstructure of thought', and that superstructure would reflect the foundations on which it was built. For example, no industrialised society could use nomadic conceptions of law and ordering, or vice versa. I won't bother to elaborate further as I was only babbling in the first place and I don't want to be responsible for a Getbig Red Scare, but needless to say I would agree that we could organise a non-hierarchical and positive-sum method of exchange. However, I would not be willing to swap my pig. The joy of good company is indeed where I find meaning to life, and as I wouldn't be using the pig for food, I'd be relying on it to keep me entertained while I recovered from banging all the hot chicks.

I get it - I trolled you a bit too hard and you lashed out like a wounded animal by attacking my coveted blue stars and referring to me as a 'cum bucket'. I am willing to forgive that appalling insult and I apologise for being the one who provoked it in the first place, but what I don't understand is how you could accuse me of seeking recognition and 'overcompensating' when you're still claiming to have solved the second part of the puzzle.
What is motivating you to do this? Ron posted the link to the Reddit thread where a fan of the band explained that the circles on the puzzle are linked to similar ones on their album cover, and that the words make up lyrics from their songs. Are you suggesting that you contemptuously dismissed the link Ron provided and instead relied upon your unparalleled puzzle-solving abilities combined with your intimate knowledge of the band's songs and album artwork to make the connection? Please, Daniel-san, just come clean!
