Don't know. I've wondered why he doesn't get that beard trimmed up as well. He was known as the pretty boy with the man purse, manicured nails (correct?) so one would think that he'd keep the hair and beard tightened up.

There’s no pretty boy since Shawn and RJ retired, they all look like mongoloids
