Thanks buddy. Sometimes we get caught up in the size game but I look at old vids like the one below fuck I looked damn good at 210-215lbs don’t know why I pushed it. Eating clean as a whistle trying to get my ass back to this for the summer

What are your other lifts like? You spoke about wanting to do a powerlifting/strongman show?

Best deadlift was 585 for 3, back squat 500 front squat 405 no belt , strict standing military press 300 for 1. Dealing with a lower back issue right now so I can’t do any overhead pressing or even flat benching only incline but when I get healthy I’ll do a meet for sure. 650/550/450-500ish I would be very pleased raw at 198. To do damaged at my height I would most likely need to gain weight though. I’ve spoken with a few Strongman id have no shot to be competitive unless I got my front squat to 500plus and competed at over 240.. these guys are animals... the upper body strength is there though

Take is from an older guy who tried to play the big lift game. If you have lower back issues now, back off. The point is to look jacked not be jacked. You'll wish you had taken this advice ten years from now. It's your body telling you something.

Yes it’s pretty big,almost 8”.thanks for noticing.
Very strong flint.I used to be able to ngb 385 for reps but I was also 255.couldnt touch it at 215ish
and now it would crush me to dust.

Good lift and Exactly how they should be done.love training tris heavy unfortunately can’t do dips any more.take it from me dips were my strongest move and I would do 10-20 sets each time I did them and I went down so low with so much weight it completely destroyed my shoulders.
