Destroyed Frank Mir in about 30 seconds.   What was Frank thinking to charge into Fedor like that????   Stupid bastard

Fedor got clipped early, but that was a nice throw he put Mir down with. Glad he remembered to use his Sambo/Judo roots. Hope he crushes Sonnen.

i am total new with fighting but i love fedor

my fav by far

if he was leaner/trimmer would that improve his speed or performance? or does the extra lbs give him more strength?

From what I can tell, this is highly individual.  Some guys lean out and have success while others struggle with power from the weight loss.  Fedor I believe is at his perfect weight and bodyfat level to maximize strength without compromising too much conditioning.
