I've come to the hard realization that losing weight (fat) is really just eating less and that you have to to face your inner child and feel like you didn't get your ice cream for a couple of weeks. Fn holidays. ;D

They disappear when I raise them. Told you guys, mass has never been my friend. They look Ok to the side.

This winter I gave it my all to put on mass, as I said I put on 30 lbs by January . Did heavy compound movements old school style. I definitely got stronger but I looked like shit and it was all fat and water.
You guys in here that are twice my size you don't know how blessed you are for hypertrophy. It ain't just drugs either (I'm a natty). It is so genetic !!!!
