I have consistent email contact with Mr. Palumbo. We often discuss Vince Goodrum, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO.
I recently emailed Mr. Palumbo asking him if he has ever heard of Vince Basile, inventor of the Bicep Supination Machine.

I never understood all of the Dave Palumbo hatred. Dave is a great guy. Great attitude. Very smart. Very honest and open. Pretty much gives away all of his info-advice for free online via interviews and videos. The man has ZERO attitude or ego with fans...and he just absolutely loves bodybuilding. Whats wrong with any part of the above?

Mr. Palumbo has the highest respect for Mr. Goodrum, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO.
However, a Mr. John Romano does not care for Mr. Goodrum.

You see, I often visit Youtube but so far I've never stumbled upon this social media personality, so I appreciate your valuable information!

he just never had the god gifted structure to make it a pro

I agree, Dave does a good job at Rx and has great content. My only gripe with him is that he himself never did keto, but I will say he did a great job with Evan turning him pro, and he did it on keto.

Dave Palumbo is a legend in the sense he created the bubble gut. An awfull bodybuilder. Also his shows is to much bullshit talk. They talk 28min trash and 2 min about the topic at hand.
A more direct approach to his shows would be better. They are still ok though.

He did have incredible hamstrings i give him that. But 300 lbs doesnt count for much when 40 lbs is in your bubble gut.
He also called getbig a sewer which is not very cool at all.

Out of curiosity. ..do you recall what type of precontest diet Dave utilized those days for himself? I am assuming the basic high carb, lowfat...super high protein of the 90's.

I have a feeling if he was exactly 6ft he might move to classic. He said 5'11 3/4 but Dave didn't think he could suck down to 230 either way.

In the era of 2 pro cards yearly, who among the current pros would win the Nationals or USA?
Dave would be Top 10 Olympia in the current slug line ups. He's better than Branch Warren by a mile.

It's much more the opposite... I never saw an athlete(!) coached by Jumbo who looked great, but I saw examples of great looking athletes(!) coached by Milos, like Dennis Wolf, Hidetada, etc..

And Regan said he would likely be in the 240's on stage. I think Cbum is at the 230 limit now.
