that is true but it's not the answer I was looking for (no connection to Snowden or Manning)
Trumps primary job requirement is loyalty to him first and second, third, etc..
Skills to do the actual job are not required and even frowned upon because knowing how to do the job might actually create a conflict with the prime directive of loyalty to the Dear Leader

White House was a leaky mess and that's one of the reasons he was brought in
Then of course there was his cell phone ban back in January
