The Iron Game is people like Fortess squatting 315 for 25, and other strength activities. (Strongman, raw powerlifting, etc).
I like old school bodybuilding (mainly "in the gym stuff" before it turned "the ghey".

After Lee Haney, I sort of gave up on it... Last of the old school...

So creepy today its disturbing...
