My father is rom Italy and looked a lot like Desi Arnaz when he was younger. He has the long form of alzheimer's and at one point I had him in a nice assisted living facility with an Alzheimer's section. He was the only guy and he was in heaven with all the women giving him attention. They found a way to move him out because he was "disrupting the female flock". One woman even gave him her wedding band.

Good luck trying to sue an Alzheimer's patient on medicare. I don't think it would hold up in court.
The fact is, when you apply for certain jobs, you likely sign a contract that indicates that X is part of the job description. It's like becoming a garbage man and then complaining that you have to pick up garbage. When you work with geriatric patients with severe cognitive decline, dealing with physical aggression and "sexual harassment" is unfortunately part of the job. You can't expect to work in such a setting and not experience those things--it would likely not hold up in court. Even if the 80 year old Alzheimers patients was wealthy, the nurse would still not likely win in court. As such, given their medical conditions, they would likely not be held responsible for their behaviors.
