It is disgraceful that the world’s largest search engine has labeled millions of California Republicans as Nazis
GOOGLE IS LISTING “NAZISM” AS THE IDEOLOGY OF THE CALIFORNIA REPUBLICAN PARTY

Less than one week before the California primary, Google is listing “Nazism” as the ideology of the California Republican Party.
In the “knowledge panel” that provides easy access to information next to search results, Google lists “Nazism” as an “ideology” of the party. The word “Nazism” is hyperlinked to a secondary page that shows “Nazism” alongside other “ideologies” of California Republicans like “Conservatism,” "Market liberalism,” “Fiscal conservatism,” and “Green conservatism.”
California voters have been casting their absentee ballots for weeks ahead of the next Tuesday’s statewide primary elections which will help determine the majority in the House of Representative and the potential next Governor of the world’s fifth largest economy.
But voters looking for information by searching “California Republicans” or “California Republican Party” are getting “Nazism” next to their search results thanks to Google.

Disgraceful, but not surprising.

Google, for the most part, prioritizes their search engine. I try to use BING as much as I can

I just did a google search for CA GOP and got the same result but it was lacking the "Ideology" section altogether. Maybe this was some ninja troll edit on the wikipedia page? Apparently people and/or trolls change wikipedia pages all the time, you can see the changes if you look at the "view history" link.
-
That's terrible and unacceptable, but not surprising. Ever heard that everyone who voted for Trump is a racist?

They just recently removed it after getting caught, look how Google still has"Ideology" listed under the California democrat party :

Isn't there a Nazi running as a Republican for a seat in Congress ?
Yep
Does Trump have a recent history of being sympathetic to and associated with neo-Nazi's
Yep
So you know, not all Republicans are Nazi's (not even half) but some certainly are and others are sympathetic to their points of view
Just like not all Republicans are racists
Some are just racist when they take too much Ambien and later claim they're not racist but just an idiot
I agree with Roseanne, that she, like many Republicans are not racist but just idiots
-

Isn't Trump's daughter married to a Jew?
Didn't Trump name him senior White House advisor?
Didn't Trump move the USA embassy in Israel to Jerusalem?
A Nazi who loves Jews? Right, right.

Nazi's are by definition socialist

Apparently you can be both a Nazi and a Republican and although he was a member of the American Nazi Party and the National Socialist White People’s Party he claims that Nazi stuff was in the past so maybe more accurate to say he is a former Nazi who is now just an virulent anti-Semite

That's about as crazy as a Muslim that eats pork, attends a christian church, but you know there are idiots out there than think Obama is Muslim so there is really no accounting for common sense these days

Didn't think I'd see the day when you'd call Straw Man an idiot, but yeah it's crazy how he calls Trump a Nazi. There is also that bill Trump signed into law to help the terminally ill. A Nazi who helps cripples? That's craaaaaazy.

Call me crazy, but I'd need to see more proof than a middle name or skin color, or a supportive statement like "there are good people on both sides" before I concluded one was a Muslim and one was a Nazi. But that's just me

To be fair, the state and national RNC denounce them

We all know that NAZI is short for National SOCIALIST. The Nazis were left-wingers.

Yes, clearly if you compare the left today to the Nazi party, anyone with any common sense can see the similarities.

And if we're talking about the racial component, Democrats are the party of Slavery, Jim Crow, and the KKK.
-
Yes, clearly if you compare the left today to the Nazi party, anyone with any common sense can see the similarities.
The Nazis were left-wing socialists. Yes, the National Socialist Workers Party of Germany, otherwise known as the Nazi Party, was indeed socialist and it had a lot in common with the modern left. Hitler preached class warfare, agitating the working class to resist “exploitation” by capitalists , particularly Jewish capitalists, of course. Their programs called for the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, and other major industries. They instituted and vigorously enforced a strict gun control regimen. They encouraged pornography, illegitimacy, and abortion, and they denounced Christians as right-wing fanatics.
-
And if we're talking about the racial component, Democrats are the party of Slavery, Jim Crow, and the KKK.
I can certainly see, if you were to compare todays Democratic Platform and the Republican platform, and voting records on issues for the last 20 years, the Democrats certainly are the party of slavery, Jim Crow and the KKK....said no one with a political science degree ever
-
Hitler could not be clearer about his socialist commitments. He said, for example, in a 1927 speech, “We are socialists. We are the enemies of today’s capitalist system of exploitation . . . and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions.”
-

If you know American history, which you apparently don't, you would know that what I said is a historical fact.

Top Republican blasts Google over 'Nazism' association
BY ALI BRELAND - 05/31/18
House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Thursday went after Google for displaying “Nazism” as one of the ideologies of the California Republican Party.
A search on the site for “California Republican Party” apparently returned with a sidebar result listing Nazism as an ideology alongside “conservativism” and “market liberalism.”

I'm not a history professor but I think in the mid 1960's Lyndon B. Johnson signed the civil rights act and kicked the racists out of the Democratic party. I can't for the life of me remember which party they ran to and which party embraced them with open arms. Anyone?

The Great Society was a set of domestic programs in the United States first announced by President Lyndon B. Johnson at Ohio University, then at University of Michigan, and subsequently promoted by him and fellow Democrats in Congress in the 1960s. Two main goals of the Great Society social reforms were the elimination of poverty and racial injustice. New major spending programs that addressed education, medical care, urban problems, and transportation were launched during this period.

Economist Thomas Sowell argues that the Great Society programs only contributed to the destruction of African American families, saying "the black family, which had survived centuries of slavery and discrimination, began rapidly disintegrating in the liberal welfare state that subsidized unwed pregnancy and changed welfare from an emergency rescue to a way of life."

A greater percentage of Republicans than Democrats in congress voted for the Civil Rights Act. Same for the Voting Rights Act the following year.
In 1968, George Wallace, a racist Democrat running as an Independent, got 45 electoral college votes - nearly 14% of the popular vote. Then Wallace saw the light, repudiated his racist beliefs, and became, er, remained a Democrat.
Who won the south in 1976? Jimmy Carter, a Southern Democrat.
No, you're not a history professor - and neither am I - but you don't know jack.

Correction: he said for the next 200 years. But don't tell Abraham and Agnostic. They're good with some kind of Daily Kos garbage they read on the internet that says otherwise.

No, you're not a history professor - and neither am I - but you don't know jack.
It wasn't just a greater percentage. The overwhelming opposition to the 64 Civil Rights Act came from Democrats. Also, the 64 Civil Rights Act was an extension of prior Republican civil rights legislation.
And let's not forget it was a Democrat who put a Klansman on the U.S. Supreme Court and who interned Japanese Americans during WWII.
But you got a couple people on here who think racists from the Democrat party left to join an anti-racist Republican party.

Before I waste my time and given your history of posting stuff you didn't read, which one of those links shows that what I and the other people who actually understand our history have said about the Democrat Party being the party of slavery, Jim Crow, anti-civil rights, appointing a Klansman to the Supreme Court, interning Japanese Americans, destruction of minority families, LBJ being a racist, etc.?
I'm assuming at least one of those links has rock solid proof that all of the racists in the Democrat party left and joined the abolitionist, pro civil rights, anti-racist Republican Party, and that the Republican party then tried to repeal the 64 Civil Rights, etc.? Why don't you just quote the relevant part of the link that proves this.

Darn you for tricking me into clicking that link and reading that Yahoo news article. Some things can't be unread. :o :'(
This guy should be in a nuthouse, and if he acted on his pedo/incestuous beliefs he should be on death row.
On another note:
"He first ran for Congress in Virginia’s 1st District in 2008 on what he described as an “anarcho-capitalist” platform. That same year, he sent a letter to the Secret Service threatening to kill the president, which landed him in federal prison for 14 months and barred him from seeking public office.
But in 2016, then-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) restored voting and other civil rights to thousands of felons, allowing Larson to campaign yet again."
Stupid, dishonest Democrats seeking votes from felons and illegals ruining everything. >:(
