Got an elliptical for home use. Got it used. Fucker weighs about 700lbs. It’s a monster. Time for morning cardio, more vlog and YouTube posts...

700 pounds !!!!! Reminds me of the treadmill in my basement. Took three guys to get down and I'm still amazed no one was killed. Going to sell the house eventually with the treadmill included. No handles lifting that monster.
I expect to see you ripped in two months. If you let that thing become a clothes drying rack I will remind you of this day. Just having fun. Enjoy your cardio machine.

I’ve already dropped 14 since last month. The monster machine will be the finishing touch😂😂😂

that is the key to cardio
have it in your home! i miss my old condo complex - i had a mini gym on the second floor (6 pieces of cardio) wake up, second floor and do it
do it at night, no excuses, no drive to the gym etc etc

I have 2 cardio machines at home the whole family uses. Eliptical and bike. Good shit.
-
I have a Max Trainer myself, but it pissed off my knees and ankle. Now I'm reluctant to do cardio.

6 days a week. Running was getting hard on the knees. Ellipticals are awesome. I like the stairs too.
They say you can’t out cardio a bad diet but I do it when I slip.

I swear I'm gonna buy one of these again this year - best thing I ever used for target heart rate stuff with minimal joint stress and the fan kept me cool at the same time - sweet... 8)

Airdynes are quality machines.
Like you said, no joint stress.
