I knew Phil in 87/88 when he worked at George Turner's Gym. He was a really nice, humble, reserved guy. Glad to see he is still healthy, and getting recognition for his bodybuilding accomplishments.

I too know Phil. Met him when he was training for the USA and Nationals. Used to see him after he moved back to Ventura County. Smart trainer
