I do a 2 second search of gyno and find a plethora ( a lot ) of cases much worse than the presented pictures. I say.. OP must not have googled gyno..
But to answer 6 reps.. yes this is.. but it is far from the worst the OP has likely seen if he or she spent 2 seconds searching it... which kind of is what I said..
