Hmmm whats the cars mileage ?
I'd more likely change oil a filter run it for 1-2k and change again.

If your changing your engine oil according to the mfg's recommendation schedule then there's nothing else to do.

Any place selling an engine flush = scammers

Far from an expert but sounds scammy to me too.  If you want to be all Ferrari about it then pull the pan off and clean it, but do it cleanly - not in the dirt - or you'll do more harm than good.

And don't even do that if it'll just create gasket issues.

Engine flush is for cars who use mineral oils. If you regularly use synthetic oils, you won't need it.
Most likely the sludge removal will cause old seals to start pouring oil.
Thin synthetic oils also flush the engine, but if the seals are not resistant to those oils, they will expand the rubber, and worn out.

By engine flush I'm assuming you mean a coolant flush, and most of the time the antifreeze is good for well over 100k miles, however some manufacturers  recommend between 30,000 and 60,000 miles/5 years for a flush.  Changing your coolant isn't bad, unless you had a "stop leak additive" in your car and that wasn't replaced.

But if you're talking about a transmission flush that a different story. It depends on the condition of your fluid.

Why would you want to flush your engine? Unless you've been driving in 5th/6th gear going 10mph to save gas like a total c*cksucker you won't ever need to flush the engine. Change your oil regularly, done. If you think the performance of your car is suffering, you should've thought twice about buying a shit car and driving it like a twink.

Engine flush does sound like a scam to make money for the auto service industry.

Just do oil changes at the appropriate time. That’s what typically fucks up car engines, sludge.

Bought a high-mileage used Toyota once (150,000+miles).

Didn't leak oil.

Put Marvel Mystery Oil in one oil change to clean it out.  Car began to leak and could never stop it.

So I wouldn't do the flush.

Someone mentioned just changing the oil and filter, run it for a couple hundred miles and change it again wiht the filter.  This is a good idea.

Run same oil for 100000 miles - Profit.

My dad bought an s10 many years ago to drive back and forth to Florida cause he didn’t like to fly and he didn’t want to put that mileage on his regular car.He never changed the oil and it made it to 105000 then he sold it.All he did was add oil occasionally.didnt give a fuck about the truck at all.
