Title: The truth about bodybuilding
Post by: calfzilla on June 14, 2018, 04:33:38 PM
If your natural it doesn’t matter what training method you use. HIT, high volume, split, full body, high reps or low reps; yes you’ll put on some muscle but not much and you will never look like a “bodybuilder”.

If you use steroids use any training method and you will easily gain size and leanness. Though you are likely to lift heavy since the steroids will make you stronger.

This is a confrontational truth...

I always  ::) to natural podcasters, who interview all kinds of 'experts' about the nitty-gritty of certain training & nutrition philosophies

Even just taking 250-300mg test a week is far superior to training natural and costs next to nothing compared to what some spend on supplements.

Yes I gotta agree

Though that being said It does amaze me how totally stupid otherwise
Intelligent (or half intelligent) people are when it comes to training / volume /
exercise choice / form or lack of / let alone intensity.
And what they eat as “food” beggars belief.

Not true.

You have a solid build but it's not a bodybuilder physique

Naturals can look decent but the takeaway message for them should be: train a bit, stay lean, but don't get too caught up in the details bc it won't really make too much of a difference

Too general a statement - depends on genetics, how intelligently you train and eat and PATIENCE. After 32 years training I have slowly gained muscle year on year and now have the size many of my steroid using buddies had back in the '80's after 2 years training. HOWEVER, They all gave up and got fat by the time they were 30
