I can’t comment on being the worst as I’m not up on all the others
And also had little political interest until the late 80’s Really.

Though from an outside US view I don’t think he was good for America
or the rest of the world - with his leftists liberal agenda

I don't think he was inherently evil or did things to try and screw the country. I think he genuinely thought his policies were for the best but were not. I'd also say he wasn't the worst, but also not the best. We had a decent reputation outside of the US with him, but it was from mostly wimpy ass countries.
