Are there any of Columbo off the gear when he was the age that Stallone was in that image? In any case who is doing any comparing? Franco happened to be in that shot. The way they both look today in their seventies is beside the point.

Not comparing him to Franco. Just showing the way he once looked. He has come a long way.

You said not flattering as if you were making fun of him
-
You gotta give Stallone credit for making an incredible transformation, guy didn't even start to hit his stride physically until his mid thirties, went from skinny fat and average looking, to a shredded action star.
-
neither looks good in that photo

Sylvester Stallone has been abusing anabolic steroids for most of his film career, probably starting with the fourth entry in the Rocky series though possibly earlier in low doses just for the extra muscle & definition he showcased in the first three films & First Blood, along with that string of flops that he churned out like candy from a Pez dispenser in the mid-1980s until Demolition Man put him back on the map. He was arrested at an airport overseas several years ago for possession of GH, which he's likely been using for years. Overall, he deserves no more credit for his physique than your average gym rat who nobody's ever heard of.
Myabe you should change your user name to "Sherlock".

You mean third Rocky movie. He was definitely on when he boxed against Clubber Lang.

Yeah, around Rocky 3 is when he went "over the top" with his physique.

I always got the impression Stallone envied Arnold and Franco. Did Stallone hire Franco as a trainer or did movie executives arrange that? It always seemed that Arnold had very little respect for Stallone and fucked with him the same way he did bodybuilders.

arnold said stallone has more will power than almost anyone he met, i bet arnold hates it now stallones movies do better than his, and arnold never could write or direct a movie something stallone has done and did well with. also stallone over the past 25 years has looked better than arnold to. you know that has to burn arnolds ass
-
I think the reason why Stallone never burnt out and actually excelled later in life was due to him not using anabolics until his mid 30s (Rocky 3). Whereas you see bodybuilders/athletes/wrestlers completely burnt out by their mid 30s, mostly because they all started using anabolics at young ages.

thats a good point and arnold was hitting hard since his teens for sure. roids and stiff cocks up his ass
-
why would steroids make him burn out and not excell in life?

I'm sure Arnold is all burned up at his lack of achievements now that he must take more time to reflect upon his life.

the lower the dose and the later the start... the better. 'burn out' is nothing more than abuse... the tard way.
-
lots of steroid experts in this thread.
-
whatabout drago
i hard some people talking about him using steroids, not sure though
-

Think any "Drasinlike Tapes" of Arnold will ever leak?

I thought he looked his best in Rambo lV. When that stick fighting scene opens up with him tying his headband on (which was a pretense for a double bicep), it was a "Damn!" moment for me. I believe he was in his mid forties at that time.

Agreed. Rambo III was his best. The opening scene was awesome.

In IV, he was more bulked up instead of ripped like in the first 3.

Front lat spread is tough. You need both size and leaness to pull it off. If you're big, it's the stomach flab and man titties that will be apparent, if you're lean, it's the lack of upper arm mass, and chest/lat issues
