All these actors look like crap off steroids. Think of all the guys who had muscular roles like Brad Pitt in Troy, Daniel Craig in James Bond; the 300 actors, Captain America actor; Ben Affleck and the rest. They are pictured prior to their muscular role and after looking like crap but for the movie they are buff.

That's my point. They juice and people think they are built. Nope, it's temporary muscle that goes away without the assist. Just like gym rats that want credit for their temporary physique when they know deep inside they look like crap with the syringe. Guys that truly live the life style are in decent shape year round for many decades.

This and the shape they get in like the guys from the 300 aren't big not one was over 175 but they were in great shape easy to maintain and the general populace thinks they are huge ...brad pit as Achilles's was no more than 170 but he looked great why not stay in shape
