I recall that the protein is more digestible after cooking which also eliminates risk of salmonella.
Salmonella is a major risk eating raw eggs.

That's good.
I drink about 6-8 cups of coffee everyday too and a shot or two of booze.
They change their minds about this all the time.

A couple of months ago, I replaced my 4 daily chicken meals by ground beef and I get compliments that my face looks less bloated.
Part of my first meal are 4 eggs and some whey and casein during my 6th meal, so as a result my lactose consumption is pretty limited.

If you are drinking the cartoned egg whites, then it is perfectly fine to drink them instead of eating them. It is not recommended to drink raw eggs or egg whites due to salmonella, botulism, biotin deficiency, etc

Just drink a scoop of whey isolate. Easier digesting, higher bioavailability, better tasting, cheaper, and higher leucine content

I drank hundreds of egg white cartons when GH15 was still credible and it gave me the absolute worst gas of my life
I'm not someone with a sensitive stomach so that kinda gave me the impression that they weren't getting digested. Were my gains getting impacted? I was too much juice to tell, really.
Just find a quality protein powder and do that .. better for a dozen reasons. The egg yolk is where the nutrition is located anyways

Did it in the past: the only result was passing gas like an old 7.3 Powerstroke with blown injectors.
Had to sleep alone on the sofa.

Only 50% of the protein is absorbed vs cooked at 96% or so iirc.
