Yup! I also feel it in my forearms. I don't know if I am doing the drag curl correctly, but it seems like its almost impossible not to feel it in your bicep AND forearm.

Yup! I also feel it in my forearms. I don't know if I am doing the drag curl correctly, but it seems like its almost impossible not to feel it in your bicep AND forearm.

Might give that a try.
Id imagine that curling a kettleball really stresses the bicep since you're focused on not rotating it in the palm of your hand.

I think I speak for everyone when I say I'd have more respect for you if you posted this same picture from a mens room stall standing in brown paper grocery bags, while your client nervously checks his watch.
That room shows signs that you're eligible for a hoarders intervention.
Looking big though.

Yup! I feel a huge pump in my forearm and bicep.
You can also feel it more in your bicep depending on how you position your arms.
I do it as the last exercise in my bicep routine.

Just use a light weight to begin with. Focus on the kettle bell just being and extension of your fist. Tears up your bicep and forearms nicely!

I have never done direct forearm work. The constant grip and squeezing of a straight Olympic bar for standing barbell curls really hits the forearms. Also preacher curls with a straight bar burns the forearms like crazy.

most getbiggers get a lot of work done for forearms
but guys, use your left hand once in a while, remember that bodybuilding is about proportions also, not just mass

Really feeling it in my upper forearms and lower biceps today after trying this exercise yesterday.
I did them with both a reverse and regular grip.

I consider standing curls a compound movement not an isolation movement as they are classified.
