Steroids work. They're a powerful hormone taken as a medication. Of course, that is not their intended purpose. But when you see a lifetime natural who eats like a monk and looks like one (remember Sev), it makes you wonder what the point is of working out and dieting for a "look" if just injecting yourself EOD and popping some pills gets you 10x more muscular and leaner than the guy who spends $150 on week on biological nutritional regimens and lifts 6x a week at his local gym. I get the exercise for health thing, but we're talking people who do it for the appearance factor. A natural can and never will hold a candle to even an average part-time lifter on the gas.

John why did you do the foods? The pills and the shots. Were they bad back in the early 2000's?

I do feel most do not reach their natural peak before hitting the sauce. (talking serious types not weekend warriors) should do a few natty shows, max out natty, then begin to cycle after that

back then anything but subtle approach. zero carbs, fasting but moving, extreme dieting, 2 aday workouts ive been at it long

sounds somewhat along the lines of the no one/galeniko method, although I'm not sure how long they recommended their diet for vs. as a long-term solution to rapid fat loss.
the standard starvation diet eating meat can have u looking pretty dam good but it will sneak in those grey hairs and hairloss for some folk
