i never beleived in rest days, i feel ur body is smart enough to recouperate during sleep. if rest days worked all the lazy people would look the best .... however resting is only good for getting small without n appetite and letting ur thyroid melt the fat while sitting all day doin jack shit

I believe if you lift heavy with relative low reps you need rest days. If you lift for muscular endurance like the majority of bodybuiders you can lift more often.

heavy for me is behind the back dead hack squats with 155 in sets of 5 , maybe 5 sets currently n 25 pushups. no point in going heaveir unless im hittin 12 reps a set

Did this last summer and worked a physical job. My rest day was stomach exercises and cardio. I also did cardio everyday after my workout excluding leg day.
The body can adapt quite well if you ease into this type of thing. I didnt have any issues. However I wouldnt recommend doing it on a prolonged basis. The body, just like most things cant run with the gas pedal pushed to the floor non stop. And of course everyone's different so cant say it would work for others. Also should note that Ive always been physically active since a kid.
I was very happy with the result.

yeah fuck restrictive diet instead go all out with exercise... right now on 3rd week kinda burnin out because im behined on sleep very hard to push through lacking sleep wen ud rather just beat off

I get an average of 5 hrs. Been that way for years. Just another thing I got used to.

Tendons need from 48-72 hours to recover.

-Workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
-Do bench press, military press, weighted pull ups, barbell rows, squats.
-do 3 sets of each at 8 reps.
-Never go to failure, stop a set just before you feel like you will be grinding reps.
-Once you can do 3 sets of 8 on an exercise without grinding out reps, move up 5 pounds.
-If you want you can throw in a few accessory exercises such as pushdowns, curls, lateral raises etc...but keep the overall volume fairly low.
If you follow this routine, you will build a quality physique over time. Make sure to get your 8 hours of sleep every, drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet.
