Getbiggers will love this movie for several reasons
1. There is a flamboyant homosexual in it ( not who you think)
2. Mr Rogers claims to have weighed 143 lbs most of his life (average weight of a get big mass monster)
3. There are no Jews in the movie
4. Puppets, lots of puppets

Good documentary if you like them. He still comes across as a serial killer esp. later in life.

Aw c'mon.  Let's not take a shit on Mr Rogers now.

To this day I dig how he tempered the world's insistence that you change and conform with his awesome compliment: "I like you just the way you are."

The guy sounds like he was solid, got this story about him

According to one story, Rogers invited his limo driver, Billy, to a dinner hosted by a network executive, so that he wouldn't have to sit and wait for two hours. Afterwards, he rode in the limo's front seat to talk to Billy, and when he learned that they'd be passing Billy's family's house along the way to the hotel, Rogers asked if they could stop over so he could meet them. The affair became an impromptu party. Neighbors brought treats and Rogers entertained them by playing jazz piano. A few years later, when Rogers learned that Billy was dying of AIDS, he took time to call him in the hospital.

I recall hearing a story years ago - Michael Keaton may have told it - that Rogers’ car was once stolen. The story made the local news, and the car was returned to the scene of the theft a few days later with a note on the dash reading, “We’re so sorry. We didn’t know it was yours.”
