It actually means that it can be passed through skin to skin contact with the infected person. Be it during sex or when hugging or leaning on the infected,or even through sharing a seat. Not really through genital contact. Active blisters are needed for the transmission. Why would anyone want to roll around in bed with someone from those pics?
