men usually dislike working with women. They view women as mentally weak.
But do they appear this way simply because they're too self-absorbed and bad at teamwork?
What does getbig think?
-
No.
Women today are doing work that is best suited for men. Like IT and Engineering for example. No woman in reality has any interest in these fields what so ever. No companys in these fields or inventions are done by women, all men. So they are leeches in these fields.. Yet so many do it for profession. It really blows my mind.
So they start out in this field then they realize they suck at it and are not really interested in doing any work in it. So they squeeze in to some administrative role or mid management role which is completly redundant.

men and women don't belong together at workplace
-
They crack under pressure. And it doesn't need too much of it. Plus, when shit hits the fan, they hide behind men.

I work on a ship 9 months a year, with about 500 women, if it was all dudes I wouldn't work here.

::) sure bro, we believe you.

There are plenty of uber talented women that defy your statements.
The problem for career women is having a family also. It creates a conflict for them.
They can't have both and have to choose one or the other.

If that was the case I would be working on a container ship, tug boat, freighter..which are way higher in pay, but you are stuck on a ship with 30-40 dudes and won't see a single women for months.

I Think we are talking jobs which requires some type of competence ::) Mixing drinks is not one of them.. I'd probably want women around if I was stuck at a ship too.
If you worked at IT/programming projects with majority females you'd probably want to blow your brains out.

don't you think there are some women who are like men? maybe these can be successful?

Been in IT for 25 years, not too many women, except for the high-up IT director positions. (Like when I worked for GOOG for example).
Engineering, there are a lot here where I work, mainly Asian and/or Indian...

Fucking hate Women working in builders merchants, my preferred merchant has none but had to go elsewhere for a certain brick a while back and was served by a fat woman, told her I wanted 12 metres of coping, she gets her calculator out and tells me I need 3 ffs, tell her they are 600mm long it can’t possibly be 3, she again uses her calculator and says 3 and shows me the completed sum on the calculator screen as if this is validation that she is correct. Fucking idiot

In this environment I guess, most likely the women aren't very hot, and are probably annoying more then anything, I'll stick to a more incompetent type of profession were I can just enjoy making drinks, meeting and working with cool people, keep stress levels low, and not have a hatred towards anyone in my workplace specifically women.

I'd probably swich with you if I could. Only real reason I do my job is for the pay. But doing a job only for the sallary is not a good life. Oh well I have other plans.

Everyone has priorities in life, to me maximizing my bank account isn't one of them, maximizing my enjoyment and experiences on this planet while I'm alive is, but to each there own. I just never want to work in my work environment and feel resentment towards anyone, especially women.

The only good career women are the women who think more like men.
Most women are unsuited to challenging careers because they don't like the pressure, too many like to bitch, and most importantly they can't be managed because their default behaviour is to react emotionally. Men are generally much better to manage because they can take constructive criticism (like men) and move on.
Additionally, only 15% of my staff are women, and I have more issues with them when they leave claiming the usual BS discrimination / unfair treatment than all the men put together.

Women are fine until they have kids. My wife was a beast in her field until children. By the second one she was mentally not into it anymore which was good. She doesn’t have regrets about leaving the field. She does however have a small iron in the fire to keep busy so she’s not shopping all day or just eating out and going to the gym. It’s good to stay sharp.

They do well in the health field especially foreign women they are pretty hard workers. My mother and father ran a really successful restraunt for 30 plus years. Both worked 7 days a week my mother worked 10-12 hour days took care of deliveries at 5 am. She did the finances and she was one of the best cooks. My sister is a hard worker too. The young girls I see now are spoiled early mid twenties.

Men are just easier to work with. They don't get offended nearly as easily, they don't complain as much and they generally don't feel as though they have to prove how strong and able they are like women do. Women basically killed the cool culture our grandfathers had in the workplace.
-
women r making the world a worse place by wrongfully attempting to perform jobs that could be done much better by a man.
nursing and babies r all that they should b allowed to do.
-
the biggest troublemakers and complainers at work have always been women from my experience and they absolutely should never be in leadership positions
i used to think that the only job they did better than men was being a school teacher, but with the constant stories of them being caught molesting their students i don't think that's true anymore
this happens more than people think, it only makes national news when the teacher is decent looking
i think a lot of women would never admit it, because they are in denial or because they don't want to betray their feminism side, but at some point in their life they all wish they met a rich guy that would just let them stay home and take care of the house

men and women don't belong together at workplace
This. It's only been 40 years or so that they've been in the workplace alongside men. We don't know how the hell it's going to end up.
But shit like the #metoo movement is showing that there's something amiss. And it ain't good.

Females in the workplace are a disaster.
The drama is endless.
Nothing worse than a fucking female police officer. Good Lord, they're a freaking joke.
Throw female special forces in the mix as well. Getting by on lower sub-standard requirements. Just for the sake of diversity. fucking joke.
