Looks like his shoulder mass finally came back after the surgery. He didn’t have his normal upper body size at the Arnold Classic.

I hope Wolf was able to rebuild his back thickness.  At his last show, his back muscles looked kind of melted, maybe due to damage to the muscles' nerve supply as a result of his neck surgery.
