Definitely yes.

It's a numbers game though.  A tiny % of people will get bad reactions and be f***ed up.

This has always been a risk.

Society as a whole benefits.

I don't see the point and generally have a no-injection policy unless it's to draw blood for medical purposes. I've noticed it's mostly children, women, and the elderly that demand them, so basically the weakest and most marginalized groups in society anywhere in the world.
