is a theory from dr daren, about drinking 1 gallon or more per day! helps with fat loss and other things

If you're doing a lot of cardio it can also dilute electrolytes like potassium that can lead to arrhythmia causing death. There are a few death attributed to marathon runners who followed the advice of superhydration and ended up dropping dead during the race.

I drink water all day close to a gallon [ I piss a lot ] but if I ate fatty foods all day I would be a fat ass drinking a gallon a day ..

I drink plenty of water. I just don't feel the need to force water.

RATHER, I'm not familiar with Dr. Daren and I could be off base here but did you mean Dr. DARDEN?
Elliott Darden, now Dr. Darden, was a promising bodybuilder many years ago who becme somewhat famous due to an article written about his training method of sitting in a large tub of mud and doing 'resistance' exercises.
Sounds crazy and there may have been more to it, but that is all I can recall right now.
I tried to find some photos of this mud in the tub routine but all I could find is the shot below. But that is not a photo of Dr. Darden but it's an interesting shot as I was never aware that such events were being conducted.

It's all BS.
Drink when you are thirsty.

He also opted out of the happy ending at his local massage polar so would never trust a man like that :P ;D

I like darden, but I find it incredible hes still kicking around the fitness industry today in 2018 and still remains so absolutely ignorant of steroids.
he completely toes the arthur jones line which is that steroids dont work ::) and will lead to nothing but ruin. He actually believes casey viator was natural during the colorado experiment because jones hired a thug to shadow him and searched his nautilus provided apartment on a regular basis. I dont think he realizes the level of deception and ingenuity drug addicts are capable of to get their shit.

I doubt he really believes any of that.
It was all a scam to sell Nautilus. However Nautilus machines were really good.

no he really believes that, as recently as 5 years ago, on his own forum. AJ is long in the ground and nautilus/med x got sold soon ages ago, so why keep saying it now he hasnt worked for them for a long time, nothing to gain by it.

-weight loss. Drink that much water and you'll be too bloated to eat. You'll also have very little ambition to workout so you won't be burning much fat except when frequently running to the bathroom to pee. ;D
