Title: What's good for one arm preacher curls?

I was once at the gym in 2006 when Jay Cutler was training. He did a ton of sets of alternate dumbbell curls and one arm dumbbell preacher curls. He didn’t go over 50LBS on either movement. Just did set after set w/50LBS

You’re doing curls allllll wrong my friend. Less preacher bench. More lab coats, beakers, and electrodes.
