have any of you guys experiemented with foods or supplements that helped with sorness after training? any supplement out there youve found out working or maybe foods or drinks?

a good intra-workout will pretty much eliminate DOMS.
EAAs and Branched Cyclic Dextrin

Water and sleep still beat any supplements.

Doing some joint rotations and get blood into the joints and muscles will help.
Take ibuprofen if you are really in bad shape.
I doubt any supplements you buy at the health food store will do anything. My own opinion regarding all non-pharmaceutical supplements is that they are a complete waste of money.
Above poster is correct that the less often you train the more sore you get, probably because the muscles are tightening up. Thus the need to MOVE and loosen your self up, get the blood flowing.

I just trained calves 3 days in a row and they are really sore.
Can't imagine how bad it would be after 10 years straight.

personally i dont get sore in all muscle groups, mostly legs

I was kidding about the 10 years but no matter how long you have been training you get DOMS in varying degrees. You are most always more sore the 2nd day after training a muscle group.

curcumin may help.
Supplements can be very helpful, there are quite a few with good research, cannabis a non-pharmaceutical is quite good as well

Curcumin is an excellent anti inflammatory also works great as an estrogen blocker.
