Vinnie Tortorich on Adam Carolla’s podcast.
Woke up with a 90 degreed right arm. It actually works.
I wonder if it’s the lactic acid in the pickle juice speeding up flushing of the muscles.... kinda counter intuitive...
Discuss bro-science.

I think we should all await (with baited breath) the words of wisdom that will be pontificated by Vince "The Supinator" B. Broscience and Schmoesciene bow in both homage and obeisance to the VB, as well we all should.
;) ;D ;)
Otherwise, I may give this a try as I tend to have muscle soreness sometimes lasting days after a workout. Thanks!

Really? Who knew...And here I was just going to buy a couple of jars of pickles for BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs and now I see I can just take a pill! ;D
I really had no idea such a product existed. Thanks!

Dammit! ;D ;D

Pickle juice is essential on a keto diet, as well as bouillon cubes, need massive amounts of sodium while on zero or low carbs.
-
electrolyte replacement pills....
it's the same content for alot cheaper. These pickle drinks are for suckers
and it's for fluid/electrolyte recovery. Will not help for DOMS. Will help for cramping after workouts.

We use it on the sidelines at football games for cramping

Funny you should say that - I remember a Muscle Mag article by Laura Binetti and her husband (mid '90s of course, like all my other memories) where she said they both maxed out on pickles and sodium while prepping for a show - grams of sodium if I recall correctly... counter-intuitive based on all the received wisdom (aka broscience) circulating at the time but she got pretty shredded, so.....
(Hopefully at this point I cue BB and his remarkable ability to dredge up any article from the past you care to mention in 3, 2, 1...)

Her husband looks pretty buff in that shot. What did she look like? ;D I think "pickles" is code for "shenis"or "penoris"... ;D

Wasn't she in the underground classic, "The Outlaw Schmoesy Wails"?

Sounds like a ph thing then... make sense.
Apple cider veenigger and a dash of baking soda... drop my morning blood sugar by 20 points on average... think it’s related to this topic :)

Broscience and worse operating here. If you want to learn something then investigate the phenomenon called DOMS. What is it and why does it happen. When you have a clue you might not seek to diminish this effect at all.

Yes, I am familiar with the term and what it means. It doesn't mean that it's not a pain in the whatever body part(s) affected are. More often than not, I train H.I.T. so I experience this quite frequently.
In the cosmos of chaos, the only interface is the essence of existence. 'n' sheit. What does this have to do with DOMS? Nothing...And everything. Maybe. Sheesh...

@Taffin: please install that internetfilter!!!
