if you get what you pay for, maybe it is time that we look up the most expensive supplements for the best results?
maybe supplements DO work, but only if they put the best ingrediens in them and lots of it.
i feel in almost everything these days, they're cutting costs and dumbing it down just so poor people can buy it... quantity rather than quality.
we need to stop this! and if we start supporting and buying the most expensive supplements we send a strong message that they should keep doing what theyre doing, there is a big enough market, dont cut costs, go for the most expensive ingredients, put clinical dosages in there...
for example when i search for pre-workouts, i dont even look at products under $50

Because in the long run if the government cannot get a piece of the pie they just ban it and price wise down the road gear will always work better

Hydrolyzed Caseinate which will cost you around $35 for 1 pound of protein. Also Highly branched cyclic dextrin which will cost you around $15 a pound for this carb.
Both are highly recommended by John Meadows for his peri-workout nutrition protocols.
