So think outside the little IFBB box. There's a lot of them out there (bodybuilders) with good hair, even if they're amateurs.

all the post massive testosterone use era guys have awful hair. Theres a reason you see so many bald heads on the olympia stage today, and its certainly not because a shaved pate is fashionable, its because they dont have fucking non-choked follicles on top and it would look ridiculous if they grew it out. You have to go back to the 70s to see nice full heads of healthy hair.
perhaps the most ridiculous is kai attempting to maintain a ponytail as his hairline retreats.

the major causative factor in hair loss is DHT. of which the prohormone to DHT is.... testosterone. None of the synthetic steroids convert to DHT, most arent even metabolized by 5AR and the few that are convert to less potent androgens (such as in the case of nandrolone). Some people (scientifically illiterate idiots) seem to be under the mistaken belief that because a compound is derived from DHT that it acts the same as DHT, which is just wrong and I hope i dont need to spell out why.
If you look at bbing in the 70s where testosterone was largely avoided and nandrolone and dianbol were the primary drugs of choice, what do we see? Full heads of thick hair. Intact hairlines. The only noticeably balding bodybuilder to my memory was Katz.

There's absolutely DHT conversion from testosterone from any source. What causes the baldness is the amount of DHT receptors on your scalp.
If you look at the majority of competitive bodybuilders, most are bald at a much younger age than the average person in the population that doesn't use the chemicals they're injecting or swallowing to achieve their physiques.

I'm not too sure on the dosages of 5AR inhibitors you would need to reduce DHT to normal levels on supraphysiological doses of test, i do know one guy out there has written a lot on it, it was either "convict" or "ausbuilt", maybe both of them, talking about using both finasteride (propecia) AND dutasteride at much higher doses than normal to prevent balding on 1 gram of testosterone. worth googling if you're going that route. I think they were mainly active on a uk forum.

interesting... seems like test conversion of DHT could be stopped with propercia which is a DHT blocker
