Title: Pre workout powders
Post by: Pet shop boys on August 20, 2018, 06:32:05 AM
Again , I'm having a hard time  giving them a break .... I just feel like a need that rush 30 mins after hitting the gym ....

Some say that it doesnt matter if you stay on them forever,  its like caffeine some poeple drinkin it twice a day non stop  .... But others say you should give them a 4 weeks break from time to time to give  body a break , specially kidneys and BP .

Who's using Pre-workout formula ? which ones do the trick for you ?   for how long you take them ?

WoooSHHHHHHHHHHHHH

There's no way pre workout powders are healthy, especially long term. Might as well just switch over to coffee, along with some music it should be able to give you the rush you're after at the gym plus the increase in performance no problem. Now if those two aren't enough than I'd say you have bigger issues at play.

Haven't used them in a long time, even when I did use them I would use them for 2 weeks, then go off for 2 weeks, these days I do the same with coffee, use it sparingly, no more then 2 cups a day no matter what, I'll use coffee for 3 weeks and take a week off, and caffeine detox is real, extreme headaches, cold sweats, shits no joke.

Prefer the Rocket Launcher or the Gernade Launcher, since you can carry more ammo, and they have better range.

C4 is effective in taking out structures and when the players try to build up on you.

Much better (IMO) to use half tab of provigil only on the days (back/legs) when you need a boost.

Look at that. Proven, effective ingredients. A rarity on Getbig. Beta alanine could be left out of that group if you’re not endurance training. Caffeine and creatine monohydrate are the most proven and studied sports supplements out there and the cheapest as well. It’s funny how people still fall for the flashy marketing instead. A sucker is born every minute.

I once tried drinking Coke during my workout, probably really unhealthy but the caffeine and sugar gave me a tonne of energy.
