Title: Donald Trump and John McCain
Post by: dearth on August 27, 2018, 05:26:40 PM
A getbig.com riddle

Which one is which?

One was a war hero, the other is a draft dodging coward

One was an elder statesman respected across the world, the other is an international laughingstock

One openly and frequently admitted his mistakes then took actions to learn from them, the other claims he never has to ask God for forgiveness.

One obeyed and respected the laws of the land, the other actively seeks ways to undermine law and order

One fell out of favor with the GOP, the other successfully to converted the GOP into a racist cult

One put his country first, the other always puts himself and his “brand” first

One was a patriot, the other a traitor

Some tips for Trump voters who can’t figure out which one is the fetid pile of orange dung that they worship:

Hint 1 - Reference to a person in the past tense (e.g. use of the word was) generally implies that the person is no longer with us, and in this case it does.
Hint 2 – (see hint 1) + John McCain is dead.

What the hell is wrong with you and obsessed with gimmicks? Give it a rest.

It’s obvious prime muscle is a real person
Do you know something that we don't? Anyone can be "real" on the Internet. What is this, 1996?

Are you done sucking farts out of his asshole yet? I'm sure Agnostic007 would appreciate the elbow room.

Still nothing from the left about Mollie Tibbetts. Doesn’t fit their narrative because once again Trump was right. But what’s even funny is that the left were totally shitting on him in 2008.

They buried that story faster than the Leftist media's coverage of McCain's warmongering demands for a troop surge in Iraq under Obama or his notoriously maladroit statement on the campaign trail that he'd keep American troops in Afghanistan for over a century if he felt it expedient for the country's interests. It's all forgiven, because he hated Trump and his liberal bedfellows do, too.

Meanwhile Elizabeth Warren didn't even give Mollie a second thought as she segued into the rights of illegal immigrants in a bizarre u-turn when answering a question about her death shortly after it happened. Look it up on YouTube.

Appalling behaviour by MSM & E Warren
That young woman lost her Life killed by an illegal immigrant
Damn right it needs addressing- there are some despicable agendas going on.

Would coach then come on here declaring Agnostic007 right? Hell no.... Will Coach see the problem with his position here? Hell no.

WTF are you talking about? This isn’t whether the murderer was left or right. It was because he’s an illegal that shouldn’t have been here in the first place. BUILD THE FUCKING WALL!!

WTF are you talking about? This isn’t whether the murderer was left or right. It was because he’s an illegal that shouldn’t have been here in the first place. BUILD THE FUCKING WALL!!
While the wall remains a matter of national security and would successfully interdict future land-based incursions much like Israel's wall has been keeping terror-minded Palestinian infiltrators out for over a decade, the U.S.'s biggest problem is nonimmigrant aliens who enter on visitor or student status and simply blend in with society, refusing to leave when required to do so according to the terms of their visas. That is much more likely to have been the case with this individual, as he lacks the primitive appearance of a typical Latino land-crossing illegal and was able to manipulate his way into legitimate U.S. work with a variety of fake documents. Few people crossing the border have those kinds of resources or the cunning to pull it off credibly without raising suspicions of their status. In fact, he may have lived in the country forever if he hadn't impulsively killed the thick white girl with a nice face jogging next to him.

What needs to be done is far more than erect an impassible physical barrier. The visa system needs a complete overhaul, with family-, marriage-, and asylum-based immigration being reduced to an absolute minimum after draconian screening that currently does not occur (see: the Californian Muslims who shot up a work place a few years ago using this system). Family-based immigration gave us the Boston bombers. Asylum-based cases are currently clogging up the system and are the type being showcased on the liberal media outlets now and especially last month. Those three categories account for the lion's share of the 14-odd million illegals currently in the U.S. and not land-crossers, annoying though those guys are.

Meanwhile, work-based immigration is lopsided in India's favor, where some 80% of H1B recipients come from that country and are mostly tech-sector workers whose paperwork was handled by agencies that do nothing but submit candidates for this hard-to-get visa, which allows immigrants not just to work in the U.S. but remain there permanently while they wait for their work-based green cards. There's only about 80,000 issued per year and almost all go to the same country and the same type of people, effectively locking out talented and/or America-loving potential immigrants from Canada, Europe, and other countries with high education rates. The statistics for this visa are available by year on USCIS's website. Something like 3% of American immigration is from White countries. There's more at play here than people realize. The entire system - from top to bottom - needs to be uprooted and thrown on the pyre, and a new system based on language qualifications, education, job skills, and a consistent history of holding favorable opinions of the U.S. as well as knowing its language fluently and having no suspicious travel histories or ties with any criminal or terror groups needs to be instituted instead.

Think this'll happen? Think again. The Democrats want to strengthen the current system and have blocked every President's attempts to reform it since Carter was in office. The agricultural industry's lobby is also pushing to keep things the way they are, claiming their business model requires cheap, illegal labor to keep a head of lettuce from costing $5. There's forces tying even this President's hands that won't be defeated because it would require an overwhelming Republican majority that isn't coming, least of all with pieces of shit like Susan Collins and John McCain derailing every initiative this President puts through to fix the problem once and for all.

Respected around the world? McCain was a warmongering globalist. He heavily promoted the lies which led to the Iraq war. He championed the NATO bombing of Libya and supported arming Jihadists to destroy Syria. His whole political career consists of a being a puppet of arms manufactures.

US politics is better off without such "conservatives".

John McCain -

1) Who, through part of his involvement with the Keating 5 cost the US Government 3.4 Billion (about $6.82 Billion 2018 dollars), and bankrupted numerous regular citizens. McCain received $112,000 in contributions, and free vacations for turning a blind eye to Keating. He also allowed his family to enter into sweetheart real estate deals with Keating.

2) McCain cheated on, and dumped his first wife after she was in a car accident right after he came back from Vietnam.

3) McCain voted against quite a few major health care measures for things like AIDS management, etc....

4) Was extremely flip floppy on taxes, except when it came to siphoning off to support various wars.

5) Extreme proponent of NAFTA, etc....

6) Flip floppy on financial regulation. Was a fan of deregulation, till the chickens came home to roost a few years later with the mortgage crisis, etc....

7) Voted against a federal minimum wage.

8 ) Extremely flip floppy on environmental issues, claiming to be pro-environment, yet voting against 60-70% of the environmental bills that he voted on. He also supported the dumping of toxic waste in Nevada's Yucca mountains as long as it didn't pass through Arizona.

Also voted against funds to help restore the Everglades, and supported budget funding for ANWR oil drilling, while publicly denouncing it.

9) Voted multiple times for the Patriot Act.

10) Supported Affirmative Action.

11) Extremely weak on Immigration.

----------------------------------

And then there were things that might be seen as pluses or minuses depending on your view -

1) Extreme anti-abortion stance.

2) Somewhat extreme, yet publicly flip floppy Anti-Gay stances on many things.

3) Support for goofy things like Marijuana prohibition (while being a friend of big alcohol). Supporting the anti-vaccination movement. Abstinence training (including earmarking $75m for it). The banning of the UFC.

4) Etc....

Say what you want, but he was a real flip floppy, as the wind blows type fellow. If it wasn't for Vietnam and his anti-Trump stance, no one would be praising him as hard as they are now.

The praises he is now getting is almost entirely down to his anti-Trump stance. Even his military service wouldn't have gained him much respect and instead, would be called into question. The majority of liberal sources disliked him until Trump came along.
