Anyone here consume powdered eggshells? Supposedly they contain tons of calcium and other beneficial vitamins and nutrients.
-
Fucking gross.
-
its ok when mixed with bee pollen.
alternatively, you could have lobster bisque. but you need to know how to cook to make that.

Big Fat Lenny pops whole raw eggs into his mouth and eats them.

Adelle Davis was a proponent of this in the 50's. Usually half or one eggshell ground up in protein powder. Don't see the need, but it wouldn't hurt you either.

? They are in fact more digestible then any calcium supplement by 70%, just make sure to boil then, throw them in the oven for about 15 min, then grind them to a fine powder using a coffee grinder. 1 tablespoon is about 80% of your daily recommended calcium intake.

like salmonella

is calcium so hard to come by that this is necessary?

like salmonella
Funk, I throw a raw egg in my drink I make each day, so far still alive. I wonder how many get Salmonella drinking raw eggs?
I do:
Milk
Olive Oil
Wheat Germ
Oats
Protein
Carnotine/CoQ10 Liquid
Egg
Berries
Creatine
Maybe the Silver Bullet whips the egg into a non-raw state, anyways, good shit for the heart/blood. Recently got my best blood-work ever at my ancient age. :)

Yes, after you go through that process, but really, boil, bake and then grind. That time invested makes little sense, just trying to let all know that eating an eggshell out of the carton is not an option, additionally Salmonella is no fun.

who knows nutrition experts can't make up their mind on a lot of these things...... one day it's good for you next day it's bad....why not add some peanut butter to your drink for taste and extra protein.. ;)
