Haven't heard any outrage over this in the media??
https://www.ajc.com/news/crime--law/continue-pray-wounded-covington-officer-still-serious-condition/sFNEcaYMsd7yO8l7Za8SjO/
Shot between the eyes by juvenile shoplifters?? Some real smart kids there, one guy (dead one) was 21.
Articles I saw just said described as "young men". If they were white and shot a black cop, would it be reported differently? I wonder???
(Im whining about the media, not the knee-grows). One-way spin-cycle retards...
He's dead Jim.

This older dude may have been using the young men as his patsies, so his bidding for him. ::)
According to Captain Ken Malcom with the Covington Police Department, officers responded to the store off Industrial Boulevard around 12:30 p.m.
Monday after several suspects tried to steal red bandanas from inside. ???
Police said in a report that they were advised that three black males, an 11-year-old, 15-year-old, and one adult, were seen concealing items in a large "backpack type bag."

Kill all of them, fucking criminals.Nothing good will ever come from their existence.

funny I've been watching CNN all day and. haven't heard anything about it. I bet Collin Kappernick wl have something to say about. He's certainly brave enough to address it.
I wonder if they were stealing Nike's? who will not stand for this injustice if not our corporate sponsors?

The libby world is really upside and backwards (not old-school normal Dem's), too bad there's so many who follow along blindly. I can see not liking Trump and all that nonsense, but the anti-ICE, white BLM supporters, anti-police, anti-white, protesting trouble-makers, is really embarrassing and destroying the country (and world) as it once was.

so true. I'm beginning to think it truly is a mental illness.

Nah, everyone I know who is retired has heaklh care, retirement plans, etc.
People that go to work and get good jobs, tend to do well. Lazy fucks w/ their hands out, want free "everything".
I worked in only one company where there was a union (shop floor) where I was in engineering and not in the union.
It was embarrassingly ghey how they all acted, putting in grievances for everything, causing trouble, etc. A real shit-show of stupidity.
Unions ::)
-
Ya know, I tend to vote democratic but don't agree with a lot of the emotional rhetoric.
I'm interested in union rights, maintaining pensions, affordable health care, etc.
The Trumpers will use emotional pleas to get you on their side.
Then you end up with no health care and no retirement plan.
Meanwhile the top1% got a capitol gains tax break and bought another yaht.
The reason there isn’t affordable healthcare is because it’s such a heavily intervened market. It’s funny how the prices for everything seem to come down over time except in the industries where government is heavily involved like education and healthcare.

I agree. Cops are out of control.

Over the past 20 years the GOP has done a good job demonizing worker rights and earned benefits like retirement pensions.
The number one cost increase for most Americans now is health care.
It sounds good to say the gov doesn't need to help anyone with this stuff.
BUT...
When some poor construction worker or waitress has to work until 75, you think differently.
When you're younger, you feel like you can work forever. That changes when you get older.
Trust me, if you ever have to deal with the health needs of elderly parent, you'll understand.
Oh Howard you're full of it. You say, "The Trumpers will use emotional pleas to get you on their side." Then you say, "When some poor construction worker or waitress has to work until 75, you think differently."
It's the left that uses the bullshit emotional pleas like you just used. I'm supposed to feel bad that a person thought they could wait tables for their whole life and expect to retire comfortably like the rest of us? No fucking way. I know degenerate "permanent waiters". They can't get up for a real job, blow the money the do make in casinos or other bullshit. Save zero money. And have to work forever. The best part about America is that you have the right to live your life how you want to. America is the Land of Opportunity. Success isn't handed to you in this country but it's attainable to ANYBODY who works hard and isn't frivolous with their money or their body.

I know the UK takes a beating on here, but I have to say something similar - if you want a decent retirement you've got to earn it. People who are depending on the State Pension as a safety net end up having a grim time...
That said, construction work is paid pretty well over here...
bigkid - either there is something wrong my Interwebz, or the shot of Nathan Thurm appears to have disappeared from your profile pic - please put him back, it always provokes a grin ;D)

Howard is this a political issue or a greed issue?
Pensions aren't a government issue they're a work place/union issue no? Unions are often poorly run financially and much like government have a mismanagement of funds and resources.
Health care is a real issue but Medicare seems to be effective for most of the elderly and poor, where as the working class has the real health care issues.

Hahaha, seems to be back now. I've had it for so long I can't remember if I linked it through a website or uploaded it.

Spot on Howard. To be clear though, this didn't start with Trump. This started with Nixon and the southern strategy. The GOP has been getting poor and middle class people to vote against their own self interest now for going on 50 years.

I know this is splattered all over liberal media outlets 24x7 just like Trayvon, but Matt is recovering from his surgery.
(And a criminals dead), so nice win for the good guys...

I think you mean how the dems have been getting black people to vote for their masters/controllers for the last 50 years. Amazing that the majority of blacks would vote for the party of slavery, the party of segregation, the party of jim crow, but government handouts are persuading.

These folks are at the root of the trouble.
